Sixt Car Rent

Never compensated

We noticed a flat tire about 20 minutes after receiving the car. We tried contacting customer support multiple times throughout the night and they did absolutely nothing. We ended up finding a nearby garage that helped us, paid for a new tire ourselves, but were never compensated even though we had also gotten insurance.
