A complete fraud

This software is terrible. Their 2-day free trial is a scam! A couple of hours after the installation, I decided that I didn't need it, and I saw that they had already charged me the full fee instead of $1, which they charge for the trial version. When I contacted customer support via email, they said they couldn't refund the money because it was used for a free trial. Terrible company.
