Disaster!

The link that was sent to me indicating print label only printed the customs paperwork therefore I had no label for the pickup service and could not send my package. DHL was supposed to be picking up my package and you sent Fed Ex. I have used your service several times in the past with no problems. This time was a disaster. I don't believe I am going to waste my money (literally) or my time with your service ever again
