Bad business to deal with

Recently, I replaced several components in my PC, including the motherboard. As I didn't replace any of the hard drives, the copy of Microsoft Office 2019 that I had purchased through Software-Codes was still intact. However, after launching one of the office apps, I received a message that my copy of MS Office 2019 is not registered. "No problem," I thought; I'll just re-register, as this happens with Windows products. I was given an install code, and I attempted to re-register the product through the internet…
I have sent a few messages to Software-Codes, but they have not responded. I can only assume that the registration codes they use are illegally generated, and that there is absolutely no support for if/when your copy of whatever software you bought from them becomes void. Bad company, stay away!
