Electric Generators Direct Household Appliances

Poor customer service

Only shipped a partial order. Partial order was noted at the time of delivery, and we were promised a follow up. Never received a follow up. After two calls, they still refused to make it right. We purchased 4–5 generators a year (usually from other suppliers) and this experience confirmed again why I avoid doing business with them.
