Orbitz Booking

After my flight was cancelled

After my flight was cancelled, I sent a private message to Orbitz on Facebook. They responded that they would contact the airline, but they did not. After several days of no response, I called customer service and was told that Orbitz had already contacted the airline and that the airline would get back to me within 48 hours. This never happened and no one ever answered my messages after that point.
