My broken-down vehicle is not with me.

I'd give a 3 because when I called for my quote, instead of getting someone that was knowledgeable about the types of motors that would help me with my make, model and year, I got the vehicle identification number. Most of us have lives that require us to interrupt calls on our phones and handle things during our lunches, so I'm sure most people do. My broken-down vehicle is not with me.
