Can't get our funds

We have been trying to get clarification from OnlyFans about whether or not the service will hold creator funds for 180 days, as stated in their Terms of Use. We have not received a clear answer. In order to protect ourselves and our property, we are planning to take action against OnlyFans if this is the case.
