The item I purchased was as described and met my expectations. The seller's communication was good; she kept me informed about the status of my order, including when it had been shipped. No problems with shipping or delivery. Better pictures of items on the website would help me make better-informed purchasing decisions. The free returns policy is a nice perk, but I would be just as happy without it if all listings on the site included close ups of the items for sale.
