dirt bike for my kid

I have found 50cc dirt bike for my son's birthday over the ad in google and ordered from them. Everything was smooth till the moment I received the order - there were missing some of the details. After I called them, they told me to get them over the email with the photos attached. So I did that. After they received the email they just suggested a refund. But it was my son's birthday! I wish I could order from other people! They ruined everything.
