Never ordering again

I made an order a week ago, until today I have not received any updates regarding my purchase. No shipping details or tracking numbers, I don't even know if the item is in stock or not. I called several times - no one answered the phone. Very unpleasant. If you don't want to spoil your nerves, order somewhere else.
