No game, no fame

When I found a product on the site, I ordered it and were charged 16 euros. The next day, I got an e-mail stating that the product was out of stock but that I would be refunded for my order. A few days later, seeing that the product was still available for purchase at that price, I contacted the company to ask what happened. They apologized and offered me a refund because they did not know when the product would be in stock again. However, as I am writing this, the game is still available with 5 to 10 minute delivery time.
