I was having trouble completing my purchase, I called and talk to Tracy. She took control and did more than I expected after trying different things. She stayed with it and called me back later in the day, then stayed on the phone while we tried another approach. Finally we had success . Tracy is a big reason I will do business with everything kitchens in the future. With that said, Christmas is saved by her big heart and awesome customer service. Many thanks, Jim
