No receipt or confirmation

Banner Buzz charged my account but there is no receipt or confirmation that the order was processed. Banner Buzz are refusing to take responsibility even after sending them my bank statement with their name on it. Now I am left out of pocket having to re purchase the same thing, which probably won't arrive on time for the wedding party. Avoid!
