Good customer service!

I had a personal request related to a shopping voucher to order a large blanket from printerpix.com. I called a local number in Spain, and a most helpful customer service guy from India tried his best to help. He asked me to send them an email with the PDF file. Since this bounced back, I contacted them online via their web chat.
NANCY, a really helpful lady, strived to help and the issue got sorted within minutes.
