I've sent several emails...

I've sent several emails trying to file a claim and not received a response. I've tried calling and have been on hold 3 times in the last 2 weeks for around an hour each time with no answer! I'm starting to think the insurance Im paying for is a scam and I'm not going to be getting a repair on my product.
