Worst online ordering experience

The site is difficult to navigate. The product is out of stock, and they don't tell you about it. Your payment goes through and then you wait weeks for your parcel, which can't even be tracked because they don't send a tracking number. To contact the support service, you need to wait for hours on the line because there is a big queue. It was only through my bank that I managed to get my money back.
