I won't pay for premium again

It is difficult to instill confidence in something that is so poorly constructed and managed. Why should I pay for their premium service if they cannot even keep up with the demand of free users? This screams scam. I kept getting "It seems you did not wait 60 seconds of the Captcha loading, please start from the beginning" and "No slots for free users in your area at the moment, try again later" when I tried to make an account.
