Worst customer service ever

I ordered a pair of shoes that were too small for me and contacted them a few days later, thinking it would be like any other company and that I had 30 days to exchange them or get a refund. I was wrong. They give you about 24 hours to make a decision, and then you're left with what you have, and the shoes were very expensive.
