The design of the second product is sleek and efficient. The company's original charging case was poorly designed, but they have since corrected that issue. I asked for a discount that I had missed by a short time, requesting to make up for the fact that I had to buy two products to get one that worked as intended. Although they denied my request, I was able to secure the discount on the shopping site where I made my purchase. It would have been better PR if they could have offered me the discount at the time of my initial purchase, rather than after denying my request. Nevertheless, their service has improved in this area.
Try to buy from them only when you can get at least 50 percent off the regular price.
