Customer support is bad

The customer support is really bad. They said 48 hours but nobody contacted me for a week and, obviously, by the time they did contact me everything was booked. I'm super frustrated at this point and don't want the item anymore. It's been almost two weeks now and I've been trying to book it this whole time. And, to top it off, when you send an email they take two days to reply every time!
