Build with Ferguson Household Appliances

In December, I ordered a door handle and an electronic deadbolt from the subsidiary handlesets.com. The door handle was delivered but they kept saying the dead bolt was backordered; it turned out to be discontinued by the manufacturer. My credit card was charged for both items rather than only the item that was shipped.
