Bitstamp Crypto Exchanges

They took my money.

I created my account and send the money to the platform the same say.
My money were sent back to my bank account after they decided to refuse the transfer, but bitstamp took 25€ from it.
I am still wainting for an answer, because the transfer was correct.
Very disappointed.
