Unhappy

Micro Center sells high-end gaming devices at competitive prices. I purchased one of these computers last year, including the extended warranty that covers accidental damage. Recently, the computer's hinge failed for reasons that were not specified but may have been covered by my warranty. The company's customer service was unresponsive when I attempted to contact it directly. I was forced to use a text-based service instead, which left me waiting for weeks for a response from customer service representatives who often do not even respond to questions within 24 hours as promised in their own terms of service.
