Our terrific experience with the couch

I would like to write a review of our terrific experience with the couch. However, I found myself frustrated by the company's verification process before I was allowed to purchase it. Even after they verified our identity, they canceled our order and told us to try again with different forms of identification. My husband called customer service and was disappointed with their unhelpful response.
