Just stopped purchase

I was just about to purchase this program for my son, but the company's responses to negative reviews have made me wary of doing so. Their replies sound like those of a petulant child throwing a tantrum. Whether or not this is typical of their customer service, it is not the sort of experience I wish to support. Thank you, but no thank you.
