If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered my wedding rings from this company and after several weeks the rings did not arrive. I contacted the company and was told to contact Royal Mail to see if they were responsible for the missing package. After 6 weeks, (and multiple emails) I still had not received any refund or replacement rings. When I finally did get a response, they refused to send me a replacement stating "sale is final." This is a terrible company.
