I paid $12 on February 27 to have my shoes shipped from the goat storage service. I never got a tracking number so I emailed them instead of answering my question, they proceeded to tell me how to ship them, like I didn’t read the part where I had already been charged and where is the tracking number? It’s been four days and I can’t seem to find the tracking number or the shoes, if this company does not find the shoes within three days I am going to press charges against them. I paid for the shoes, they are my property, I pay to have them shipped I have proof of that and they aren’t even responding all day today, They have no phone number, and the email support is lackluster. I was really excited to get the shoes and now I don’t even know if I’ll ever get them, I’m about ready to call the bank and charge it back to them because they can’t even give me a straight answer, it’s the worst customer service experience I had this year so far, I don’t think I will ever buy a pair of shoes again from them because I cannot trust that when I pay to ship my shoes to me that it will actually happen.
