Service is poor compared to back in the day when the location first opened. Staff are unsympathetic to client complaints.

Customer service is the worst ever

Only retail company I have ever heard of that won’t accept returns at all. Don’t buy anything from this company, they straight up will not accept returns.

Beware

The company sold me bad quality monitors and they broken in less than one year despite there is three years warranty. They do nothing good for customer service and cheating customer instead.
