Disappointing

Ordered a box for whiskey lovers with a decanter and individually engraved glasses. Unfortunately, we did not receive our order. The customer service was friendly and said they would send us a new box. When the second box arrived, it was just a box, no box at all. I'm sad.

Late delivery

I ordered a birthday present for a friend on a specific date, but it didn't arrive on time - even though I paid almost $ 50 shipping. The tracking also didn't update very often, so I couldn't track it down to see if it arrives on time.
