I ordered six bottles of cologne, three each for myself and my son. He had been looking for a cologne that he wore in high school but could not find it anywhere; I found it on your site and ordered three bottles of it. I also found two other colognes that I had not been able to find locally for myself, as well as one that was just a good deal! All arrived as described on time and in good shape; thank you, we will be purchasing more from you in the future!

Nothing yet? Please issue a refund or send the products. This is unacceptable and I will seek legal action if this continues. It has been three weeks since I placed my order and have gotten no response from any of your representatives about what has happened with it. The first person I spoke to told me he couldn't locate my package and later told me it was lost. This should have been documented in some way, but there is nothing in our records about it. Your representatives are all telling me different things, even contradicting themselves, to get me off the phone as quickly as possible: “I will escalate this for you” “Someone will be in touch within 24 hours” “Case created; it takes 2-5 days to close.”

I had a very bad experience with this company

I had a very bad experience with this company. I thought they would have better customer service, but it turned out not to be the case. They literally scammed me, and I think it's very unfair. I asked for a return during COVID and was told by customer service that their delivery service wasn't accepting returns at that time, so I had to wait until later. I kept in touch and they told me to keep on waiting. I waited and waited, but then they told me they actually couldn't take the return as it had been too long!!! This was utter madness-I was informed by several customer service representatives that they would be able to offer me a refund. So evil when I think about how they dealt with this situation!

Worse company ever

I paid an extra $10 for expedited delivery for Christmas. The package was received two days after Christmas, and the representative on the phone did not even offer me to return half of the amount for expedited delivery.
