PatPat was founded in 2014 by close friends Albert Wang (CEO) and Ken Gao (COO) in Mountain View, CA. Albert & Ken both earned their Master’s degrees at Carnegie Mellon University, in Pittsburgh, PA. They also worked together as Principal Engineers at Oracle shortly thereafter. When Ken was expecting his first child, he discovered the children's clothing industry was severely lacking in fashionable, functionable options. Together with his friend, they created a shopping platform for moms to find great deals for themselves and their families, without spending a lot of time and money.

PatPat is a reliable and helpful company when it comes to customer service. Yesterday, I placed an order for two items and then noticed that I had added an extra item. I contacted customer service through the website and was helped by April Rose. April suggested a few options for resolving this issue, including canceling the duplicate item and refunding my payment. PatPat responded quickly to my problem and professionally handled the situation. This is not the first time that PatPat's customer service has been helpful during interactions with them; in fact, it has been consistently reliable since I began shopping there.

I ordered shoes from this company in February, but they have never been delivered. I have e-mailed the company numerous times asking for information regarding a delivery date, but have never received a response.

Terrible customer service! Poor communication skills!

On June 20th, I ordered a stroller / car seat combo from your company. The shipment was to be delivered on June 24th; however, after two weeks without any updates, I started to worry and called customer service. The representative assured me that the item would be delivered by July 26th or maybe later if there were any delays. When I asked if she could give me an exact date of delivery, she said that it would depend on whether or not it arrived at the warehouse faster than usual due to high demand. Incredibly frustrating and utterly unwelcoming customer service! After losing my patience and expressing my concern over this delay with your representatives, they cited that one of their suppliers had been experiencing delays in shipping inventory due to an influx of orders coming in at the same time. However, given that you still managed to fulfill all other orders on time, why did you not fulfill mine? Shouldn't it be safe for your business model to give customers the assurance that their order will be fulfilled within a reasonable amount of time no matter how high demand is at that point? Terrible customer service! Poor communication skills! For peace of mind I wouldn't recommend shopping for strollers on this site

I highly recommend Life360

I have been using the free version of Life360 for several years. I was recently in an accident and Life360 texted me and notified my family members that I was in an accident. After they were assured that I was okay, Life360 sent out another text message update to my family that I was okay. As a result of this service, I highly recommend it to others as well.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered their clothes on November 28, 2021 and still haven't received the package! Don't buy their clothes because they're straight from Aliexpress and Aliexpress would've been faster at shipping than this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND!

I spent $200 and only 1 of 3 items was delivered. The other 2 were never delivered. I have proof because the carrier, Fedex, cannot track the packages. They tell me that they have no proof that they were delivered-- and what this means is that they were not. Now I am going to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
