So I called the carrier which it was presumably to come in and they dont have my package, they only have the label. I ordered 13 days ago and need it by the 20th mind you I ordered the 5th. This is terrible. Do not trust this service.

It was okay

I got a few things with my membership, but they never let me redeem my free set. No matter how I tried to redeem it, they wouldn't let me. Also, sometimes it took a while to get things. It wasn't all bad, just not fantastic. But the old bait and switch for the free sixth set really chapped my azz.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased a product in the beginning of December and it was supposed to come today but it got lost because they couldn't find my address. I contacted customer service but they didn't tell me anything and they haven't responded to my problem. I wanted a refund but I can't contact them at all. Very disappointed in shopping at ROMWE. Did not receive what I bought and I haven't gotten a confirmation on a refund.

Edit: I eventually got my refund after awhile of customer service but they were able to successfully cooperate with me and provide my money back so I continue in life without stress. Thanks!

Great customer service

I love everything I have from them. I've only had to return items twice in the 3+ years I've been buying and that was for size. My items come quickly and as described. I don't understand all the negative reviews. You just can't please everyone, I guess.
