They put unreal tracking number after you pay for the item, so when you track it seems like the item is going to you but it does not arrive in 7-14 days. Afterall, you can't dispute the order and return money cause you agreed to their terms and refunds are not given within 14 days after the purchase. What a total SCAM! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I suggest always using PayPal with a website or company you are unsure with. It provides extra security and insurance on your order. The reviews on this company scared me but, I didn't read them till after I order. So I filed a dispute through PayPal basically saying, "if they are scamming people I need my money back." Designer Optics contacted me right away through PayPal and sent me my order within 2-3 business days as promised. Good customer service, Great Product
