I am disappointed

A year ago I bought a laptop Dell from them. 6 months have passed and the laptop does not recognize the charger cord. Phoned them and took them to the technical center for repairs. They had my laptop for two months. When I took it, the sound stopped working. The microcenter is a nightmare.

Scam

They have made several deductions from my bank card and when contacted they cannot find the order, amount or transaction in their check and refund records. They are not interested in helping you and they just keep your money for themselves.

Terrible changes

They messed up the site with a terrible new, broken, buggy design, removed all the features that made the site easier, and now they want us to use it when almost all of us were happy with the old design.

Not a good place to shop

Terrible customer service. The item arrived and was in a terrible condition, but they do not want to accept a return either.
I will never order anything from them again and I recommend that you think carefully before ordering.
