Unreliable company

Horrible customer service based upon our experience. Instead of trying to find a solution their solution was to simply close out our account. There are always problems with the fact that food is delivered late, arrives frozen, unfrozen or not delivered at all.

Good Company - Appalling Buy Alert timing

I like Motley Fool and think alot about the business is good - also as they play the medium/long term game they are basically safe from anyone criticising then until at least 4-5 years into holding a stock... :( . My main gripe is the timing that they advise you to buy a stock is generally awful, really awful as often its at sky high or its a falling knife. They can 'get away with this' as they are "long term investors" but sometimes a crazy entry price is actually a major hinderance. They really need to be alot more mindful of these things
