I am so happy to be a client of esalon! Their products and services seem effortless. Their boxes are incredibly thought out, with even the tiniest details meticulously taken care of. They have a terrific team of support people who are available for questions and for easy-to-follow instructions via email. I tried esalon's services for the first time last week, and it covered all of my grey hair! The colour is rich, and I cannot wait to use this product again. I will never go back to coloring my hair at a salon ever again! I am so thankful that I found esalon ♥️‍♀️

GiftRocket Gift Shops

Card not sent. Straightforward transaction turned into a headache when the card was not sent. Customer service could not be reached by phone or email. I returned the product and requested that my money be refunded, but it instead was credited to an account that I can no longer access. I would advise others to avoid this company.

Disappointed with this company's service

I purchased a pair of pants from a Belgian shop last year and never received my order. The shop refunded my money. A month ago, I bought another item from the same shop; the first shipment failed to arrive but the shop sent me another pair of pants. Again, the second shipment was lost. Five consecutive shipments were lost—I am utterly disappointed with this company's service.

I love it!

I recently opened a package for a Liaison Lash serum and discovered it was actually a pre-filled tube of their new, lengthening mascara. I sent an email explaining my mistake, and the company's representative apologized for the confusion, offered to rectify the issue by sending me the correct product, and she followed up with me via phone to ensure that my request had been met!
