Waiting for our refund

We purchased a 16-light firefly chandelier from a company that advertises on the Internet. The light is not designed to be assembled by the customer, and we were fortunate to have an electrician install it. Unfortunately, when the electrician installed it, there was a spark, a bang, and fire damage in the form of charred wire. We are now waiting for our refund check from the company in question because we are past the 60-day warranty period.
