Dissatisfaction with the customer service representatives

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service representatives who are answering the phones. They don't understand the needs of your consumers, and their lack of knowledge of our company is hurting our business relationship. After one bad experience, we will have no choice but to look elsewhere for future purchases.

Recently, I mistakenly submitted an order. I sought to have it canceled immediately, and received a reply the next day from Niki, who said that she had submitted a request to cancel the order but did not know if it would be granted because there was a limit on when orders could be canceled. Once I pressed the button to submit the order, I went back and tried to cancel it myself but there was no option for canceling; therefore, I contacted support immediately. Niki said that she submitted a request but didn't know if it would be granted because of the time limit. The unwanted order is now being shipped, and I have tried contacting Niki again with no response. I am going to contact headquarters about this situation because lying to my customers is not justified.
