Hello, everyone. An update on my review from one year ago: no change in my experience with MorningSave. I ordered two (2) Cup Call Cup Holder Phone Mounts on July 28, 2022, and have not received them yet. The latest tracking information states that my package is in Stow, OH. It has been in Stow since yesterday at 12:05pm ET, leaving CARROLLTON on August 3rd at 2:06pm ET. Needless to say, DHL is the slowest delivery service on earth. I recommend that you avoid shopping with MorningSave at all costs; their prices are not worth the wait for delivery of your purchases.

Apple Watch bundle was terrible

I do not intend to do business with this company again after I placed my order. I went to chat and asked for the order to be cancelled because I wanted to check out the company. My order has been pending for 5 days and nobody has responded. It looks like their strategy is to get you to place an order first and then respond so that it would be too late for you to cancel. The item is still listed as "Preparing for Shipment" even though it's been 3 days since they said it was shipped.

Recently, I mistakenly submitted an order. I sought to have it canceled immediately, and received a reply the next day from Niki, who said that she had submitted a request to cancel the order but did not know if it would be granted because there was a limit on when orders could be canceled. Once I pressed the button to submit the order, I went back and tried to cancel it myself but there was no option for canceling; therefore, I contacted support immediately. Niki said that she submitted a request but didn't know if it would be granted because of the time limit. The unwanted order is now being shipped, and I have tried contacting Niki again with no response. I am going to contact headquarters about this situation because lying to my customers is not justified.

This is the most amazing company!

This is the most amazing company. I ordered a weighted blanket from them on Sunday at an incredible price. Wednesday morning it was on my door step! I did have a small issue, which was handled with amazing speed so sweetly by customer service! I will definitely do business with this company again. Nice chance to save your credit lim

PerPay is a nice chance to save your credit limit when buying things online. This is my second Christmas when I bought presents to my friends and family and did not loose my credit limits. Delivery and products as well as prices are well.
