Bombarding me with promos and offers

I'd love to enter the site, but it turned me off when I wasn't immediately asked for my email address. Let me decide whether I want a consumer relationship with you before you start constantly bombarding me with promos and offers. Let customers check your site out, then you can ask for our email, but to prevent customers from taking a look just because we don't want to immediately provide our email is not very customer friendly. I guess I'll miss out on shopping with Rue La La.

I got both the skull shaver and the trimmer

I got both the skull shaver and the trimmer. I use them daily and think they are working very good. The trimmer broke after I dropped it in the sink. Customer service changed it for a new one. A couple of colleagues recommended it to me and they like it a lot!

Blinds Interior & Decoration

The blinds were not made to the correct measurements

Unfortunately, the blinds were not made to the correct measurements. I called to inform them of this and they agreed that they would reorder the vanes in the correct size. Unfortunately, they were unable to do so and I was told that I should not have cut them because they would have reordered the vanes for me in the correct size. I proceeded to tell them that I simply wanted them to know so that they could make sure this didn't happen again in case they had made a mistake when ordering them initially. The representative proceeded to tell me that they had sent the correct size even after I sent her some photos showing that it wasn't what had been ordered. Either way, it wasn't correct but she refused to take ownership over their mistake or even apologize for it despite acknowledging it as such beforehand.
