I used to be a huge fan of Aritzia until a few years ago, when I started a small business. Before that time, I worked for an Aritzia store as a sales associate. Although their clothes are made sustainably and manufactured in ways that do not harm the environment, their prices are still too high. In addition, they do not treat their employees with respect; my manager often scheduled me outside of my availability, which frustrated me.

Where is my refund?

I placed an order and had to return the items. The return policy was not clearly stated in the product description. I returned the items, but have not yet heard from customer service about my refund.

Customer service was less than helpful

Customer service was less than helpful and did not provide a satisfactory resolution. I tried to place an order and had my bank account charged for the amount. When I went to the website, it said the offer had expired even though it was still listed on the website. When I contacted customer service, they said the offer didn’t exist and referred me to a product that was six sizes smaller than what I was looking for.

Sold my sister's car

We recently sold my sister-in-law's car through Autotrader. We had no idea of the value, but we took the advice from their website, which turned out to be wildly overstated and grossly inaccurate. We had only two very enthusiastic calls offering £2,200 under the asking price. One caller had a lot of experience and gave us a reality check and insight that we needed. Following this, we dropped the price to a much more realistic level and sold the car within a week.

Autoshack is always my first stop for parts

Autoshack is always my first stop for parts. I have told many people about this business and have ordered struts, brakes, control arms, etc. The only part I had that was problematic was an outer tie rod end—the boots didn't last. This part was installed by someone else, so I can't guarantee that it was properly greased.
