Barclaycard Banking Services

Terrible service!

Barclays Bank is terrible. They keep my information on a closed account for over twelve years, even after I have closed this account, and refuse to delete it. When I raise a complaint, they side with each other and do not reply to their customers. There are many negative reviews about Barclays Bank on Trustpilot which proves my point about its greediness and how it treats its customers by feeding itself profits at the expense of others.

Do not buy!

The jacket I ordered measured 28 inches around the bust, well below the advertised 44 inches. They refused to issue a refund because they insist that this is the size I ordered. My advice: do not buy from this website.

Busted

We have three grandsons who love to go to 5 Below. However, we've never gotten home with three toys that are quality items. Today they bought a 10-in-1 Space Excavation kit that was a piece of junk! It had chalky rocks that they were supposed to bust up to find "space treasures" inside. Well, they busted all of the chalky rocks to find only three little plastic toys and two rocks! That is a piece of junk!
We had three disappointed little boys because they now understand if you want quality items, you have to expect to pay for them!
They also echoed a comment about how they never get toys there that are exactly what the box says on the outside.

My customer service representative Shamekia went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I received the necessary information to remedy a USPS misdelivered package. She was extremely courteous and quick to respond to my emails. As a result of her outstanding performance, I am now a future Beyond Polish customer.
