I needed a textbook for a college course I was taking. I decided to get an e-version rather than purchasing a paper copy of the book because it would be more convenient to carry around. I found a match for the ISBN on BiggerBooks, but when I looked at their website, I found that they offered an e-textbook rental service that was significantly cheaper than any other rental provider. However, when I tried to access the book through my laptop, I found out that there was no link to download the text or send it directly to my kindle. Instead, BiggerBook sent a code through the mail, which had to be used on their website in order for me to access the textbook online. Once there, it was possible to download the text or send it directly to my kindle by logging in with my account information.

The website was easy to use. I quickly found what I was looking for and made a purchase. The only thing I didn't like about the site is that after making a purchase, a pop-up box appeared asking me to sign up for their rewards program. Here, I learned that there was a monthly charge of $4.99 associated with being in the rewards program.
