Taken credit card money

BrandyMelville has requested my mother's credit card twice and taken her money. When customers asked for proof, BrandyMelville provided proof, but then declined the refund, even though this has never happened before. I wondered whether or not they actually issued the refund, so I contacted my bank. It can be because my bank is international; however, I then asked for further methods of refunding including cash or store credits and sent an email warning; however, they continued ignoring my three following emails in a disrespectful manner. This is criminal behavior on their part to cheat customers out of their money and effort. Your business is unethical and should not be in practices.

Terrible customer service! Poor communication skills!

On June 20th, I ordered a stroller / car seat combo from your company. The shipment was to be delivered on June 24th; however, after two weeks without any updates, I started to worry and called customer service. The representative assured me that the item would be delivered by July 26th or maybe later if there were any delays. When I asked if she could give me an exact date of delivery, she said that it would depend on whether or not it arrived at the warehouse faster than usual due to high demand. Incredibly frustrating and utterly unwelcoming customer service! After losing my patience and expressing my concern over this delay with your representatives, they cited that one of their suppliers had been experiencing delays in shipping inventory due to an influx of orders coming in at the same time. However, given that you still managed to fulfill all other orders on time, why did you not fulfill mine? Shouldn't it be safe for your business model to give customers the assurance that their order will be fulfilled within a reasonable amount of time no matter how high demand is at that point? Terrible customer service! Poor communication skills! For peace of mind I wouldn't recommend shopping for strollers on this site

Apex Forged is the best. Great service

I purchased the Mavricks about a year ago but found them unsatisfactory and returned them. Since then, I have discovered the 19 Apex Forged irons, which I feel are superior to the Mavricks. The clubs are certified pre-owned, with the wrappings intact to protect the heads during shipment. Thank you for your interest in my feedback.
