I ordered a leather jacket from a company that does not manufacture its own clothing, but instead imports it from China. The jacket, which I thought looked nice in the pictures, cost $599.00 and was put on backorder. I found the same jacket for sale online at two other sites for only $79.00.

The company has exchanged numerous messages with a customer for seven days about a fraudulent transaction. The customer was told to discuss the transaction via email, and when he did, he received an email telling him to discuss it on the company's app. The company also has an unlisted phone number that never picks up when called, though a recording is available.

Hope they can make this situation right!

We tried to purchase two life jackets when it came time to submit our credit card information, but we had a gift certificate and they told us they could not do the transaction online. They would have to email us a form and we would have to send that form back along with a copy of the gift certificate. They would reimburse us or we could go to the store and they could do it right there. We decided it would be easier to go to the store. When we got there, they wouldn't honor our gift certificate because it was past its expiration date. This was frustrating because gas prices are high and the temperature is so hot. We went home and called customer service at Camping World corporate office. Miss Emily helped me out by opening up an assistance case for me so that I could reorder my items online. She said she would call me back if she needed anything else from me. We never heard from her again and never received our items or a refund for our gift certificates that were never used due to Camping World's incompetence! In addition, their poor customer service shows a lack of professionalism on their part that makes us not want to shop there again, nor recommend them to anyone else unless they can make this situation right!
