I Chicme but...

I like Chicme clothes and I have purchased from your company before, but the last item I ordered took longer than expected to arrive. When I contacted customer service, I was told that item had been returned because the address on the order form was incorrect. However, when I checked my order form, both the zip code and address were correct. This unfortunate mistake caused me to be inconvenienced for several days.

We recommend that you do not buy from this company. We purchased three dresses, each of which was labeled as size XXL; however, all three were the size of a woman wearing a size 8 or 10.

Issue with delivery

I ordered clothes for the grandchildren and was disappointed to have to collect them from a local petrol station, as they said they had tried to deliver them.

Zero stars

I would not give this card a rating of 0 if I could. They cancelled my card with no notification, but they claim that they did send text messages and emails to notify me. The first time I called them regarding the ThankYou Points from my account that was closed, it was within 60 days after the account was closed, but the representative said there was no way for me to transfer those points. Today I called again because I wanted to apply for another new credit card and asked if those points could be a way for me to get back what was lost, and guess what? The lady told me that my points could be transferred within 60 days after my account was closed, but now they cannot do that anymore because it has been too long since then! Who is responsible for my loss? Not them they said! Who would ever want to own a Citibank credit card? Not me!!! Chase and American Express are way better than Citibank Credit Cards.

There are thousands of surplus firearms available on the site, but only 10 are listed as in stock. The prices are exorbitant and should be listed lower to prevent people from being deceived.
