I cancelled the withdrawal of funds

The person who processed my loan application wrote an incorrect routing number, then told me he had added an extra digit. It took three phone calls before I found someone who checked the number and discovered my check was never received by the bank. I cancelled the withdrawal of funds.

No apologies regarding my order

I paid for premium expedited shipping, and the delivery date was supposed to be June 26th. I am disappointed that I have not received any updates or apologies regarding this order. This was a birthday gift for my sister as her dog recently passed away, and we missed the mark by two weeks.

Don't take this risk

When I ordered two orders from one seller, both shipments never arrived. The seller claimed to have delivered them, but tracking information did not support his claim. I filed a dispute with the online marketplace DHgate and asked it to withhold payment from the seller until delivery was confirmed. However, when I contacted my local post office about this issue, it confirmed that it had not received either package. After just one day passed without any response from the seller or DHgate itself, my order was released and the funds were returned to him/her. As soon as this occurred, the seller deleted their shop/account on DHgate; therefore, there is no longer any way for me to receive assistance or a refund for my lost packages.
