They were not delivered

On July 13, 2022, I contacted a florist in Airdrie, Alberta with the aim of ordering carnations for my daughter's birthday. The flowers were not delivered on that date. I called the following day and was told that they would be upgraded and delivered on July 14; they were not. To charge my Visa card $18.75 for an order which was not delivered as promised seems like fraud to me.

Very dissapointed

I am very disappointed with the company. I ordered some keto bars, and when they arrived the packaging was damaged and the dry ice had completely melted. The bars were not in individual packages as shown in the pictures provided by the company, but were instead in one big box that could easily have been crushed during shipping. Furthermore, there were only eight bars in total instead of eight boxes with eight bars each , as advertised on the website. Therefore, I feel as if I was defrauded by this company and would like a full refund.

I love my fracture glass print!

I love my fracture glass print! I initially ordered one with a slight flaw that caused part of the image to be cut off on all four sides, so I contacted the company and they were very apologetic and sent me another one free of charge. The second order had no flaws whatsoever and looks amazing!

Freeshipping Shipping & Delivery

Still no delivery

Ordered fabric samples Jan 31 and still have not received them. Order tracking claims they are at warehouse but I am doubtful that I will ever see the fabrics at this point.
