Don't use this site

I ordered two textbooks. I only received one. I have no idea where the other one is.
Chegg's customer service cannot be reached because of an influx in traffic. Now I understand why so many people are trying to get to them.
For the second week I have been waiting for my second textbook and money they do not return too.
